Thresholds of Blue is a collection of abstract seascapes exploring the chromatic tension between heat and cool, structure and void. Using a limited palette of intense phthalo blue and orange yellow, the paintings distill the coastline to its most elemental form: rock and water, heat and depth. These works investigate spatial stillness and color harmony within the natural divide between land and sea, inviting the viewer into a moment of abstracted calm—where cliffs become gestures, and oceans become gradients.
